1. Introduction

Welcome to FraudAce (“FraudAce,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a mobile application operated by Infosectitans Inc.

FraudAce provides tools to help users identify potential scams, phishing attempts, malicious links, and compromised accounts.

By downloading, accessing, or using FraudAce, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the app.

2. Nature of Service

FraudAce is a security assistance tool, not a guarantee of protection.

We provide:

• Email security scanning (user-initiated)
• Identity breach monitoring
• Link and file threat analysis
• Security awareness content

3. No Account Requirement

FraudAce does not require traditional account creation.

• No username/password account is required
• Access to email services is provided via secure OAuth (Google, Microsoft)
• A randomly generated app identifier may be used to manage usage and quotas

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Not misuse or attempt to reverse engineer the app
• Not interfere with app functionality or security
• Only scan email accounts and data you are authorized to access

You are solely responsible for:

• Actions taken based on scan results
• Managing your email accounts and credentials

5. Email Access & Scanning

FraudAce:

• Accesses email data only when you explicitly initiate a scan
• Does not continuously monitor your inbox
• Does not store email content

By using email scanning features, you consent to:

• Temporary processing of selected email data for security analysis
• Transmission of security indicators (e.g., URLs, file hashes) to trusted threat intelligence providers

6. Subscriptions & Payments

FraudAce offers optional premium subscriptions.

Subscription Terms:

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period
• Free trial may be offered; charges apply after trial unless canceled
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with notice

Cancellation:

• You can cancel at any time via your app store account settings
• Refunds are subject to Apple/Google policies

7. Usage Limits

FraudAce enforces usage limits depending on your subscription tier.

Examples include:

• Number of email scans per day
• Link and attachment checks
• Identity monitoring limits

These limits may change over time.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of FraudAce is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

9. Data Removal & User Control

• Remove monitored emails from the app

We are not responsible for:

• Availability of third-party services

Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
